REFUND POLICY

At VitalHerb Organics, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. Because our products include personal-care items such as hair oil and lip oil, certain hygiene and safety considerations apply to returns.

Eligibility for Returns

We generally accept returns only when:

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used personal-care products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Lip Oil

  • Cold-Pressed Oils

  • Other personal-care products sold by VitalHerb Organics

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs/videos of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed using the available refund method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another circumstance covered by our return policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible products depending on availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution.

Change of Mind

We do not generally accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer wants the product, particularly where the product has been opened or used.
